Two Synthesis Cabrio crossed Baltic Sea! |

On Sunday, 10th June Tomasz Chudziński and Janusz Adamczak crossed Baltic Sea for the first time ever! A route over 200 km from Poland to Sweden was flown using Synthesis Cabrio 42 - latest reflex-profile PPG wings, designed for trike and tandem flights. Paraglider Nova Ra M DHV GS-01-1571-06
During check flights conducted by the DHV on 16th June 2007, irregularities in the flight characteristics of a Nova RA M were revealed that are not present in the DHV test example of this paraglider. It has been determined that incorrect trimming of the paraglider with incorrect line lengths are the reason for this behavior. A check of production data for the RA made by Nova has shown that several paragliders in this series, constructed between January and April 2007, have been sold with incorrect trimming, not as set in the DHV test example. Axis Compact II M and Vega II L now tested! |
Our new school glider Compact II M just passed certification by EN Norm as first in Czech republic and one of few in world in category CEN A, which shows our main goal in construction of this glider - very high passive safety without compromise of performance.
Compact II sizes L and S will shortly folow in the same category.
Another size of our popular glider, Vega II L was added to extend our line of this glider so we now have three sizes, Vega II S, M, L tested in category CEN C.

Bear Grylls, supported by the GKN Mission Everest team, has become the first man to fly over Mount Everest by powered paraglider.
The flight happened during the morning of Monday, May 14th when a lull in the winds which rage around Everest gave them a window of opportunity. |
