APCO 2008 Helmet range update |
 Preparing for 2008 season, Apco, give to helmet range a fresh look, adding some additional colors.
Cloud Chaser - will have a new color - RED. This is in addition to White, Silver, Grey and Blue already offered.
The paramotor helmet - Free Air Com - it is now offered in 3 colors: White, Metallic Blue,
Metallic Grey and Steel.

New line sets for Ozone Roadster |
Ozone:
"We received some feedback from some pilots that they found the roll characteristics of the Roadster uncomfortable. Some pilots love it and some pilots hate it. We also had feedback that the weight ranges that we had certified at were too low for the weight that most pilots fly at with an engine.
We have listened to your feedback and developed new line sets for all the Roadsters that completely eliminate the roll and so make the wings comfortable for everyone. Coupled with the amazingly easy launch we truly believe we have the sweetest wing in the PPG market. Furthermore we have retested the Roadsters with the new line sets with 20kg extra weight for each size. Pilots now have the peace of mind of EN certification up to 140kg (308 lbs) on the L size!"
P.S. Anyone with an old line set can have the new line set for free! We will send it to them immediately.

461,8 km - New World Record |
 A special day for brazilian free flight. The 3 Sol Paragliders Pilots, Frank Brown, Rafael Saladini and Marcelo "Ceceu" Prieto set the new World Record - 461,8 km. They flew the same paraglider model, Sol Tracer 11.

Viper Breaks World Speed Records |
Michel Carnet (UK), has broken 2 new World Speed Records (Pending Ratification) with the Ozone Viper!
The details are below. To Summarize: For the foot launched record, Michel maintained an average speed of 63.71km/h over a 15km course. That means he of course was actually hitting speeds higher than that at times, which is quite amazing.
For the trike record, Michel maintained a speed of 58.49km/h for 100km over a closed circuit!
Congratulations Michel, that’s amazing and we think it will be a while before someone manages to beat that record, or best the Viper’s top speed.

Icaro presents 3 new helmet models |
The Grid is the first helmet with E.N. 966 certification with an airflow inside the helmet. Under each grid there are 3 holes that pierce the polystyrene, so that air can enter from outside. If you don’t wish this airflow, you can just close from inside the helmet the holes.
All sizes from Small to XX Large are available, with the interchangeable interior lining, like all 4fights.
The Grid will be available very soon also in the configuration Jet and 4fight LT.
 
The Cut3 has NOT the interchangeable interior lining as all other 4fight models. We have made this choice in order to keep a low price. At the moment only the sizes Small (56 cm head circumference) Medium (58 cm) and Large (60 cm) are available. For the sizes X Large and XX Large we are doing a bigger shell. The advantage of the 2 shells is a reduced width on the smaller sizes. On the Cut 3 you can't fix a visor on.
